Job Description

WORK ON SITE POSITIONS AVAILABLE MARCH 2012

The position will be to train and work on site (start time in production will be between 4pm – midnight) with the opportunity to transition to work from home after a couple of months of proven performance.

As a highly motivated individual you will resolve customer issues regarding technical troubleshooting, billing and product/services support. You will use your positive personality and attention to detail to build solid customer relationships to ensure a one call resolution.
