Location: St. John's

Our client, a top of class organization, has asked our assistance in finding them a Branch Manager for their St John's NL location.
In this role, you will be managing the activities of their St John's location; you will ensure the delivery of premium customer service and optimize both human and financial resources. You will also rely on your leadership, teamwork and management skills to create and maintain a strong partnership with the employees.
Responsibilities
- Establish objectives and implement strategies to achieve them
- Evaluate the results of your team according to performance indicators (KPI)
- Manage employees and establish working schedules
- Improve operational processes
- Manage budgets
- Develop and grow the business through community involvement and business development activities
- Foster an environment for employees that allows growth and development
- Provide premium levels of Customer Service at all times
Requirements: Minimum of 5 years experience in retail management; chain retail management is strongly preferred as well as:
- Familiarity with medium to large construction and renovation projects specific to flat glass contracts (considered an asset)
- Solid knowledge of automatic door systems (considered an asset)
- Technical expertise and scheduling of service related flat glass work, including store fronts, windows and door glass replacements as well as commercial glazing (considered an asset)
- Team player

- Ability to lead and motivate
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
Our client will offer you the following:
Base Salary range of $43,700 - $56,000 depending on experience, complete benefits including extended health care, dental care, pension plan, bonuses and more!
