SMS Equipment Inc. supplies equipment parts and service to the construction, forestry and mining industries and utility product users.
The objective of the position is to propose & sell required parts to our customers so they can repair and do maintenance on their equipment.
The Role:
- Maximize all possiblities with customers to attain or exceed sales objectives of the branch
- Promote, sell parts and insist on added value of parts and products distributed by SMS Equipment to internal & external customers
- Take orders by phone, at the counter or by email
- Verify prices and availability of parts with suppliers and issue purchase orders
- Preparing part estimates and proposals according to the customer requests
- Follow-up on past due orders and notify customer
Qualification:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual an asset: French and English
- Knowledge of the heavy equipment or automobile mechanic
- Computer literate (Word, Excel, NDS)
- Three (3) years experience in a similar position preferable
