Job Title: Market Manager
Job Location: St John's Newfoundland
This position will offer you the opportunity of stimulating challenges, while performing diverse tasks within a variable schedule. You will be responsible for several stores in the region, financial and organizational operations, as well as human resources. In addition, you will have the opportunity to work on the road, at home and in stores. Main Duties
o Coordinate and control all activities related to the operations of stores for a given area
o Oversee stores located in the territory, to reach sales goals and profitability
o Manage, motivate and coach a team of Store Managers
o Optimize communication between the Service Centre, the Regional Office and the stores
o Ensure the respect of operational standards as described by the organization
Job Requirements
o 3 to 5 years experience in a management role within the retail industry
o Experience managing a team and proven experiences of leadership
o Strong interpersonal and communication skills
o Strong analytical skills and organizational abilities
o Valid driver’s license and availability to travel within Newfoundland.
